Wests Ashfield Leagues Club (Wests) is within a 5-7-minute walk from Ashfield station. The club’s onsite food options include “The Garden” with its own wood fired pizza oven (drinks and food menu), and an Asian noodle bar at “Wok On” (menu and 10PM-2AM supper menu) that is open until 2 am every day!
If you can’t find what you are looking for within the club, there are many restaurants, cafes, and bars within a short 5–10-minute walk as soon as you step outside.

The Motor is conveniently located within a short 5-minute walk (which has been tested in heels)! The Motor Inn is a motel style accommodation with plenty of onsite parking.
To make sure that the hotel rates will not change, we have booked out the entire hotel for the Friday and Saturday nights, so you can make and pay for your reservations directly with us. If you want additional nights, we can organize this as well.
Space is limited with only 33 rooms on site, so book and pay early to secure your room.

- Double Room (Sleeps 2 in a Queen bed) $140 per night plus credit card fee
- Twin Room (Sleeps 3 in a Double and Single bed) $150 per night plus credit card fee
Cancellation Policy
All Room bookings are non-refundable due to attendees choosing not to attend the event. Room bookings are fully transferrable and all transfers are the responsibility of the room holder. To complete any room transfers, an email must be sent to Bestofthebestwcs@gmail.com confirming the previous room attendees and the new room attendees. In the event that the event is cancelled, all rooms will be refunded.

Take Federal Hwy to M31 in Yarra. Continue on M31 to Kingsgrove. Take the exit for Bexley Rd from M5. Continue on M31 to Kingsgrove. Take the exit for Bexley Rd from M5. Continue on Bexley Rd to your destination in Ashfield.
Driving to the venue from Newcastle (includes Tolls):
Take A15 to Pacific Mwy/M1 in Cameron Park. Take the exit for Pacific Mwy/M1 from Newcastle Link Rd. Follow M1 to Pacific Hwy/A1 in Wahroonga. Get on M4 in Homebush from Pacific Hwy/A1 and A3. Get on Great Western Hwy/Parramatta Rd in Ashfield. Follow Great Western Hwy/Parramatta Rd and Hume Hwy/Liverpool Rd/A22 to your destination in Ashfield.
From the Sydney International and Domestic Airports: The hotel is located within a 5-7-minute walk distance from Ashfield Station which can be accessed by a train from Central. Just catch a train to Central and then change to a train that goes to Ashfield (usually from platform 19 at Central). If you don’t mind a longer (15 minute) scenic route, then there is a direct train that will take you through the City direct to Ashfield.
