Interstate (Non-NSW/ACT) Event Pass: Includes ALL Workshops (excluding Intensive); Competition Entry^; Friday, Saturday and Sunday night Socials; Entry to Red Carpet Event**; free access to professional photos taken at the event; and a Welcome pack. All passes will auto waitlist to be approved
International Full Event Pass: Includes ALL Workshops (excluding Intensive); Competition Entry^; Friday, Saturday and Sunday night Socials; Entry to Red Carpet Event**; free access to professional photos taken at the event; and a Welcome pack. All passes will auto waitlist to be approved
^Competitions - follow vs lead ratio : Full Event Pass holders can register to compete in as many competitions as they comply with at no additional costs, as long as total number of entrees don’t exceed the 40% to 60% ratio (leads to followers or vice versa).
In the event that spots are still available, Social Pass holders have an option to add on competitions to their passes at $40 per competition, under the proviso that entrees do not exceed the 60% to 40% ratio (follows vs leads), but Full Event Pass holders will always have first priority.
#Intensive The intensive workshop is not included in any of the passes and tickets can either be purchased in advance or on the door with cash or square (conditions apply##).
##Intensive pass: Tickets may be purchased on the day but you must BYO partner when paying. As this is a choreo routine, there will be no rotations in the class.
Social Pass: Includes entry to the Thursday night opening workshop & dance party, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night social dance parties, Red Carpet Reception, and entry to Friday, Saturday and Sunday Night Performances (Excludes All Intensives, Workshops, and Competitions).
^All Passes are non-refundable due to attendees choosing not to attend the event. Passes are transferrable and all transfers are the responsibility of the pass holder. In the event that the event is cancelled due to Covid, all passes will be transferred to the rescheduled Best of the Best 2023 date. If you are not able to attend the new date, then your pass will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.
*Thursday Night Standalone dance party (for non-Event Pass holders): The Thursday night Opening Workshop & Dance Party is included in the Event passes. This stand alone ticket can either be purchased in advance or paid for on the night with cash or square.
** Red Carpet Reception: This pass includes the Red Carpet Reception, performances, and the Friday night dance party. The Red Carpet Reception can be purchased as an Individual Pass in advance until 1 September 2023.
